Please inspect your order within 7 days of receiving it, and contact us if there is a problem. Your fabric must be unwashed and uncut in order to receive a refund. We are unable to refund you for any fabric that has been washed and/or cut be it flawed or otherwise. All of our fabric is sold by the quarter yard. Fabric orders greater than a quarter yard will be cut continuously. We have a lot of hair accessory makers and other customers that are makers of small goods. We offer these smaller cuts to accommodate these customers.
All fabric is priced per 1/4 yard. An order of 1 is equal to 1/4 yard and order of 2 is equal to 1/2 yard an order of 3 is equal to 3/4 yard and an order of 4 is equal to 1 yard. All orders greater than 1 will be cut continuously.
If we have a shortage of the yardage you ordered we will send the amount we have and refund you for the missing amount. Please inform us before your order is shipped if you would like a full refund and to not receive the remaining available yardage.
Due to the vast difference in the way colours are displayed on different screens. we cannot guarantee the colour you see on your screen is what the fabric looks like in real life. If you are unsure, please email our team and they can assist you a firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot issue any refunds for fabric that appears a different colour than you imagined. We do our absolute best to ensure colour accuracy in our listings.
We do not cover any issues (fading, colour bleeding, shrinkage, etc) after a fabric has been washed. There are too many variables to consider, which include but are not limited to: detergent, water type, water temperature, washer type, washer cycle used, residue in washer, loads washed beforehand, load size, amount of water used, etc. If there is a known issue, we will work to resolved that.
Please keep in mind cotton is a natural fabric, and will not hold dye over time as well as a synthetic fabric will. A careful wash routine will prolong the life of cotton fabrics.
Do not hesitate to let us know if you do have an issue, so we can figure out if multiple people are having the same issues.
Recommended wash routine:
Wash in cold water, with detergent added to washer while it's filling with water, before the fabric is added. Wash on gentle cycle with plenty of water. Too large a load, not enough water, or too harsh of a cycle can cause friction, which will cause the fabrics to fade and colours to bleed more easily. We also recommend using a colour catcher when washing brand new fabrics. Only wash like colours together. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Hang to dry, or tumble dry on low.
Black/Dark Digitally Printed Fabrics:
Extra care must be taken with dark digitally printed fabrics to reduce fading. Handwashing and hanging to dry will prolong the life of the darker colours.
They WILL fade faster if washed in a traditional machine and dried in a dryer.
We do not cover insignificant flaws which include but are not limited to: small flecks, smudges, or anything smaller than a quarter. With custom knits, it is considered normal to have flaws within 5 inches of each selvage edges.
If you do receive fabric with a significant flaw, please be sure to measure the yardage (unwashed), as often we will include flaws as additional yardage to your order, rather than the fabric going to waste.
We do not accept returns on cut or washed fabric. Other items may be returned with in 7 days of the purchase, as long as they are unused and unopened. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected.
Regular stock amendments will only be allowed if within the first business HOUR after the original order. Amendments can be placed via Facebook message, email or if another order is placed with a note. All other requests will not be processed. This includes but is not limited to, fabric type/increment changes, adding on and cancellations. Once your order is in processing, we cannot accommodate changes.
Cancelling any in-stock orders is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once an order is cut, we will not accept cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there have been prior issues between the purchaser and our business and charge a 25% restocking fee.
Rewards points codes used on cancelled orders cannot be reissued.
Adding on to your order:
Regular stock add-ons are only allowed within an hour of placing your original order.
If you have added on to your order and require a refund for your shipping, we will send a refund through the payment method used to pay for the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders with pricing errors.
Out Of Stock Products:
Occasionally, an item you purchase may be out of stock. You will be automatically refunded for this product, and notified by email of the refund.
During clearance sales: Clearance sale items are final sale, which includes the possibility of sub cuts, out of stock products will be automatically refunded without prior notification.
Coupon codes MUST be used at checkout. We cannot apply codes to orders if they were not used at checkout, so be sure to enter them if you want to participate in the sale.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
